Mystic Academy – SEE Students Promotional Chest Game

1. Organizer

This promotional activity is organized by Mystic Academy.

2. Eligibility

• The game is open to SEE appearing students within Nepal only.
• Participants may be required to present valid student identification.
• Employees of Mystic Academy and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Game Format

• Each participant will be given one (1) chance to play.
• The game consists of six (6) closed chest boxes.
• The participant must select one chest.
• Each chest contains a pre-assigned gift, ensuring every participant wins a prize.

4. Prize Details

Participants may win one of the following items:

• Ear Pods
• Night Light
• Keyboard & Mouse Set
• Bumper Prize (includes all of the above items)
• Super Bumper Prize – Redmi A5 Mobile Phone

Note:

• Prizes are randomly assigned in advance.
• No exchange or substitution of prizes is allowed.

5. Winner Selection

• The prize received depends entirely on the chest selected by the participant.
• Once a chest is selected and opened, the decision is final.

6. Prize Claim Process

• This promotional game is exclusively for students enrolling in Mystic Academy courses.
• To claim the prize, the participant must complete course enrollment as per academy requirements.
• The participant must take a screenshot/photo of the selected winning chest as proof.
• A Personal Information Form must be fully completed with accurate details.
• The screenshot along with the completed form must be submitted via WhatsApp to the official contact number provided by Mystic Academy for further processing.
• Prizes will be issued only after verification of submitted details and successful enrollment confirmation.

7. Fair Use & Transparency

• The game is conducted fairly, with all prizes placed prior to participation.
• Each participant is guaranteed to win one prize.
• Mystic Academy reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and deny participation in case of false information.

8. Disclaimer

• This is a promotional campaign and does not constitute gambling or a lottery.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Mystic Academy reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign if required due to unforeseen circumstances or regulatory requirements.

9. Liability

The organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by factors beyond its control.

• Participation in this game implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

10. Legal Compliance

• This campaign is conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of Nepal.
• All participants are deemed to have read and agreed to these rules before participation.

11. Disqualification

Mystic Academy reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:

• If the participant provides false, incomplete, or misleading information.
• If the participant fails to meet eligibility criteria or cannot verify their SEE student status.
• If the participant does not complete the required enrollment process within the specified time.
• If the participant fails to submit the required screenshot and Personal Information Form through the official WhatsApp channel or any other channels.
• If any form of fraud, misuse, tampering, or unfair practice is detected during participation.
• If the participant violates any of the terms and conditions of this campaign.

Note:

• In case of disqualification, the participant will forfeit the prize without any claim or compensation.
• The decision of Mystic Academy in all such matters shall be final and binding.
